I run a mummy and me class on a Wednesday morning, 11am at Trinity Youth Centre. This is a class that combines fitness with a children's playgroup. Join in a HIIT style circuits class while your child enjoys playing with our toys, there's even the opportunity for the children to join in with some of the exercises. Afterwards you can enjoy a tea or coffee and chat with like minded women while your kids continue to play.
I run a bootcamp circuits class on a Tuesday and Thursday morning, 9.15am at Trinity Youth Centre. Classes are a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises and band work to help you feel fitter, more toned and full of energy. Aimed at all abilities from complete beginner to super fit in a friendly, non judgemental environment.
