I'm a busy mum of three energetic young boys. I have experienced first hand the challenges of juggling exercise with a young family as well as trying to get fit and strong again after three pregnancies. I have always had a love of sport and exercise, I have competed at four Island Games as a sprinter, been a high level show jumper and now take part in road running and triathlon. On top of this, I love strength work and used this as a vital component of strengthening my body after pregnancy.
For me, exercise has not just been a way to keep fit and strong, it has always been a way for me to destress and clear my head. I therefore believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their age, gender, fitness level, or time restrictions. This is why I deliver services that fit around the other challenges in your life.
I offer a variety of services, including one-on-one personal training, bootcamp circuits, mummy and me fitness classes, and online coaching. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, customising your programme to meet your unique needs.
